Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location within Europe. Final shipping cost will be displayed before payment confirmation.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted European courier partners including DHL, DPD, and UPS to deliver your orders safely and on time. Carrier details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch

EU Customs & VAT

  • All prices include applicable VAT as per EU regulations
  • No additional customs duties apply for orders within the European Union
  • Orders shipped to non-EU European countries (e.g. Switzerland, Norway) may be subject to local customs duties and taxes — these are the responsibility of the customer

Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following, please contact us immediately:

  • Order not received within the estimated timeframe
  • Damaged package upon delivery
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing items in your order

 Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails:

  • The courier will make up to 2 more attempts
  • After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us
  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply)

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Seresto is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 Returns Shipping

  • Free in-store returns are available across Europe
  • Return shipping label will be provided via email upon return request
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
